Hope you're all having a lovely Saturday! :)

I'm not sure what to cook for dinner tonight so looking for inspiration. What are you having for dinner?

I'll have to nip out to the shops when OH back but will probably be staaaaaaarving by then, so munching on cottage cheese until he gets back (oh the dedication!) ;)

Really in a snacky mood but trying hard to resist or finding syn free options until dinner!

I am going to make vegetable and fish kebabs with savoury rice x

I am experimenting tonight!
We are having lemon and lime chicken, with tarragon and thyme.
I am also making potato cakes, and I hope they work, as I have never done them before. I grated potato, and mixed with finely chopped mushrooms and spring onions, added garlic and put the mixture in small round baking tins, after spraying with fry light. I baked these for ages (not sure how long) and they seem ready, so have topped them with grated cheese (my Hexa) and will pop them back in when the chicken is nearly done.
We are also having cauliflower, carrots and green beans.

Were having breaded cod with new pots, broccoli and cauliflower. Im really hoping the co works as ive never done it before and im nervous about cooking with fish.

Yum! They all sound delicious :)

Sonia - those potato cakes sound really good, let us know how they turn out.

I only do green days and made myself free spag bol
(made with quorn) the rest is in the slow cooker waiting for it to cool so I can freeze it

I had jacket potatoe with roasted veggies and a HEXA of low fat cheddar. It was yummy and very filling.

Paella - can't wait, it combines my two favourites - rice and seafood :D
