Im back...well sort of!!

Hi everyone,Im after a bit of advice I think I already have the answer but would like to know what everyone else thinks.
I have put on around about 3 stone since stopping Cd in May,I know why,the reason being Ive been an absolute pig and eaten and drunk everything in sight,now its completely out of control and I know going back to CD is the only way for me even though the thought of another stint fills me with dread!!I know it works and when Im in the swing of it I feel great.
I have an appt to see CDC on Tuesday(my birthday)I thought Id treat myself haha!!anyway I have a weeks supply here and am itching to start,but I have family over tomorrow and know I will want to drink,so....I know most of you would say start cd now no time like the present and all that,but I dont want to start and fail straight away,just wondered if doing a bit of carb reducing prep up til Tuesday would be a better idea,any thoughts would be much appreciated.

sounds to me like you've already decided.. and that you've already started putting your plan in place.. you need to do what feels right for you cause this is your journey, your body, and you decide what does or doesn't go into it..

have a lovely time with your family.. whatever you decide to do..

Andju, lovely to see you back... I mean, sorry you're back but glad to see you, if that makes sense!!! You can do this... and psychologically, one last off-plan day with family might be good, as you will be revved up after that to start properly & can give it all of your energy. You can always start Monday if you want to get a day ahead! I am struggling myself right now, keeping the weight steady but really see-sawing and it's doing my head in. Sigh.
