since starting 1000 a few days ago I have been getting hungrier by the day, is this normal?
I actually feel worried that I'm going to lose control and just eat something to stop feeling hungry.
I dont drink a lot of milk so I have split my milk allowance with yogurt. I have been using the greek total 0% but I have read a few diaries where people are having a low cal or a WW yogurt.
Is this strictly the right thing to do, or should i stick to the greek total.
