hi all, was just saying to jan on another thread its amazing how we can reign ourselves in, ive eaten very little carbs all week only in fruit (not sure whats in fruit) and salad and i've lived on chicken!! but it must have worked because i weighed and sts and i know i really overate last weekend and drank alot of wine!

My brother in laws wedding 4 weeks from today, so wanted to set myself a little goal

want to lose 10lb by 16th OCT (3 weeks from today) I'm not going to buy an outfit untill then, i'm a bit of a last min shopper anyway !

so fingers crossed ;)
 
well done on your sts chick - do you think 10lbs is realistic in 3 weeks though whilst eating? I think usually around 1-2lbs on a 'conventional' diet is average. Just dont want you to be dissapointed :)
 
ya i kno its alot prob is unrealistic, but sod it i'm goin to aim high!!!! ha
 
Well done on your STS. Thats great.

Im not really a believer in cutting anything out of your diet, I would aim to be eating some carbs each day in the form of wholemeal bread, pasta, rice or potatoes. No need to overdo them, just a normal sized portion.

This will still allow you to lose a couple of lbs a week.

You risk going into starvation mode by under-eating and if you are only eating fruit and chicken, its not a very healthy diet.

Good luck to lose weight for the wedding.
 
As I've said elsewhere Nicola - I knew you'd be alright ;).

I have to agree with Tan that 10lbs in 3 weeks might be aiming a bit too high but as long as you know that and don't let perhaps not reaching it get you down .....
