hey ruth,.. click on my weight tracker, it will take straight to tickerfactory.com, choose weight loss and follow d instructions, once u r through copy the bbcode, the next step u go your minimin usercp, u can find that on the top left hand corner of ur page, go to edit signature, paste ur bbcode and save..hope this helps
