ARGHHH

Went on 2 holidays...a week each (only had 2 days at home in between the two) both all inclusive...1 1/2 stone back on!! I mean honestly that is so not fair!! Still, if they will put all inclusive chinese on every night that tastes exactly the same as a takeaway I will eat it 7 nights in a row....think I need to organise my brain a bit again!!!

It has happened now and you cant change it - Just look to the future!!

You were on holiday and had a good time and you are back now and you have came on here to confess and start over and thats the most important thing that you can admit what you have done wrong!!

I'm pleased to report I have lost the 1 1/2 stone in 5 days!! Hehe!! Quite shocked but it was obviously destined to come back off and all I did was got back on plan!!

Week 1 I went to Majorca, Week 2 to Lanzarote...I have a lovely tan to show for it!!
