Right shoot me now.. (I ask alot of questions..) but if you never ask you never know! you kind people always have the answer....... :)

Why do you think that some weeks you loose more than others?

I see by peoples weight loss, it will vary from week to week...

one would be drinking the same amount of shakes & possibly doing in or around the same amount of excercise? why does it go up and down... time of month etc can make 1 week different, why the other 3??

Anyone found a common factor that can make your loss go up or down???

Good question!

hmmm iv no common factor - mine were all pretty average around the 3lbs mark a week some maybe .5 higher but nevertheless you should average out to 1st a month :) x

nope!i do the same thing every week and just have no idea what i'll lose each week.
this week and last week i felt i hadn't lost anything.the week i lost 2lb i thought i'd lost loads and clearly hadn't lol x

i've come to the conclusion that my body will only lose what it wants to.i know i've stuck at it 100% and theres nothing i can do about how much the scales say i've lost.

i have noticed that i lose quite a few inches too.i think i lost the most the week i only lost the 2lb.just make sure you take your measurements.

i know it doesn't matter to my weight loss whether i exercise or not and also doesn't make a difference if i drink 2 litres or 4 litres of water a day.

all you can really know is that if you stick at it 100% then the weight has to come off and you will lose. x

Hmmmmmmm hard to say. as you can see my loses vary. I know the main reason for my lower loses is water, i don't drink enough. i can just about do the 2 litres minimum. but i can't stomach anymore. so that i assume has an impact. but i tent to have a few smaller losses followed by one big one. not sure why!

I guess everyone is different and burns energy at different levels. Body temp is possible also a factor, if you are cold, the body tends to hold onto energy as it feels it needs to conserve it for vital organs etc. As Taff said, at least once you stick to it you will lose weight.
