Right shoot me now.. (I ask alot of questions..) but if you never ask you never know! you kind people always have the answer.......
Why do you think that some weeks you loose more than others?
I see by peoples weight loss, it will vary from week to week...
one would be drinking the same amount of shakes & possibly doing in or around the same amount of excercise? why does it go up and down... time of month etc can make 1 week different, why the other 3??
Anyone found a common factor that can make your loss go up or down???
