It has been a while since I last posted on here - have had a hard time & diet has been terrible. Have put on about a stone since May and have just been diagnosed with an underactive thyroid which along with the dreaded weight gain has also made me feel really low. This has been harder than anything else to cope with as never ever felt so miserable before. :cry:Anyway enough of the wingeing & time to pull myself together - losing weight will help me to feel better about myself. Anyone out there with any advice about dieting when hypothyroid would love to hear from you. In fact would love to hear from anyone who is just starting diet, been dieting a while, reached target or whatever!!! Let's support each other towards a healthier body and mind xxx :family2:
