Please Help.

Hi All,

I am hoping that one of you are able to help or advise me. I started CD on 13/09/09, I purchase the products from a supplier but do not have a CDC, as I live in Singapore and there aren't any here.

A couple of member were kind enough to tell me that with a BMI under 25 I should not be following SS. I am now in my second week of CD and have moved onto step 2 (810). However I am stumped  as I do not have a CD handbook/manual to work from and therefore do not know what foods I should be consuming (as well as my 3 shakes).

Through reading other peoples threads I have picked up on a few things such as cottage cheese, yuk!! :9529: Chicken, salad leaves, fruit, veg and fat free yogurt. :eatdrink051: From the research that i have done online I understand that no carbs are to be consumed until step 3 (1000). Other than carbs I am stumped at what I should NOT be eating.

I would really appreciate any help or advise anyone is able to give to help me on my 810 journey. :lost:

Thanks.

Hi there..
I don't like to see a 'help' post with no replies, and I'm going to re-read your post when I'm ack from work this evening, to give you my honest thoughts.. to get you started though, you might want to look more at the website:
Cambridge Diet: Should you diet?

because (somewhere on there) is the booklet in down-loadable format..

it's right.. no VLCDs under BMI 25, and I think that isn't just SS, but also SS+, and I'm not totally sure, but I think 810 is ok.. it's all in the website, so the link above is for the guidance on which one's right for you..

all the best, and keep us posted!

Vx

Dear Enough,

Thank you for your reply to my thread and for being kind enough to respond. I have looked at the sight that you sent and it seems that I am o.k to be on 810. There is a GI food guide but no actual portion sizes. another member 'minxie' has kindly given me the list to follow whilst on 810 so I am very grateful to her.

I have found a product her called 'Xndo' which are calorie meassured ready meals so i am planning to have my usual 3 shakes plus one Xndo meal.

I will keep you posted on my progress. You have done brilliantly with 66lns off and only 22lbs left to go, we'll be reaching our goals around the same time. Good luck on the rest of your weight loss journey.

Stay in touch.

Pandora Ghengis,
I know, doesn't it! Unfortunately or fortunately for me I am kept busy running my Image Consultancy business but hey Singapore is a wonderful place to live and there are plenty of opportunities here.....something you may like to consider?

Good luck with this weeks weigh in. Stay in touch.
