Starting my Xenical Journey tomorrow

I think to be honest taking it will scare my brain into eating properly I dont want to be pooping everywhere, my hubby said he will help and ban me from the kitchen/fridge in the evenings after my tea lol

Yea those hours after your tea till you go to sleep are hard lol, try nibbling on grapes or a peach love em

I would do that Redkoala but I do tend to gorge on fruit which doesnt sound bad but the amount I have does show loads so I am gonna be better just not having any at all of anything! Today so far is going very well I think I am off for a walk with a friend tonight, she usually does a few miles so thats my excersise, feeling very positive at the minute and this place really is helping me, I dont feel on my own

Well Beki I am finding it really easy, I am in a bit of a diet club with my friends we all put in £2 a week and whoever loses to the most weight in a month wins the money weight in day is a Thursday and I went today and have already lost 2lb which is bloody great by anyones standards, I did miss the money by 2lb but hey ho there is always next month and the month after that etc lol
