Day 1 of Xenical..prev did LighterLife..!!

I'm on day one of my new Xenical regime and I have to say, the doctor was less than helpful! Just gave me it no questions asked, with zero info about it too. If it weren't for the internet and this forum (espesh Pink Punks' posting!) I'd be screwed!

I did LighterLife last yr - Sept - Dec, and lost 3 stone, but the minute you start eating normally again the weight just pings back on again, so have 2.5 stone to shed - at least.

Will enjoy reading everyone's tales and experiences as I go. Fingers crossed this works... good luck all too! x :wave_cry:

Thanks! Can u tell me how I get to add the info on the lefthand side of the page with weight info, etc? Can't see how to do that!! I'm a numpty!! xx
