My Journal Did'nt manage to drink as much water today, but drank diet coke and proberly a litre and a bit of water?





hey all,

Above is my food diary from Thursday till yesterday. ( My wiegh in is wednesday )
those of you who read my Weight loss diary will know i'v gained 2.5lbs over the last two weeks, bringing me to Target + 2.5, which although isn't much, with only half a pound leway, i'm trying to get it under control this week, and wanted you all to take a quick look over my eating for this week so far.
Obviously one day i missed my HEA, which was poo but i really couldnt do anything about. i think my problem recently is not eating naughty stuff, but not focusing on eating lots of good stuff, and maybe not even being aware of what bad stuff i may be eating without realiseing, i'v had alot on recently and its been difficult.

Am drinking 2 litres a day..

You dont appear to be eating a great deal Hun at all. Also try and vary your He's to get your body working on the fibre.
 
My portion sizes are big, but syn wise im just being a bit more carful this week on a few days. . i usually average 7-12 on a normal week.

I don't vary my HEB as honestly, i need the two bars to feel full in the morn, and can spread them across the day if i wish too. . plus if its a cereal substitute that i don't want to put yoghurt too, then thats my HEA, and i want my cheese damn it! LOL

i don't tend to vary my actual meals during the week, as i cook bulk and then do 3 different sort of main meals each week and live off them and build around them, and then vary with a different 3 the following week? as i find it easier to keep on top of lol.

i feel a bit out of practise & a bit set in my ways.. do u think i should deffinatly eat more even if my portion sizes are big in general?
 
You could have your cereal with a mullerlight or shape yog. I often do that or more often VLF Fromage frais so I can have cheese.
 
Me too - I have muesli with vff natural yoghurt. What about other stuff for brekkie? I'm not a big fan of having alpen lights in the morning. It's not enough! I think a load of fruit would be better, or eggs...something to really fill you up hun.

You're not really having that many syns. Why not syn milk for cereal instead of your A, and then you've still got an A for your cheese.
 
I do usually average 7-12, but now that my body is so sensitive to weight gain and loss since im at target i felt reducing them this week would help.. xx
