Bit confused with these syns

Hi, just wondering if someone can clear this up for me cos i was counting the whole meal as half syn which i think im going to be totally wrong and it should be 2 syns.


I weighed it just now and came up to 386 cooked so i take that as 2 i was putting half all time :cry::cry:

Asda Good for You, Spaghetti Carbonara Sauce, made up as directed, dried 100g cooked

Green ½ Syn

i was confused as it said dried then cooked.

So worth 2 syns anyways and i always put mushrooms and sweetcorn and cheese with it mmmmm

Yes I think you are right the dried is part of the description
the 100g is as you would eat it

that is how I use syns - not sure if I am right - will be interesting to see what others do

I agree, I make it 2 syns for the pasta for sure.

Better to find out now than later though
