Brekkie - 28g branflakes plus skimmed milk hea and heb

Lunch - Left over spag bol plus ww yog

Dinner - chicken curry made with lots of veg and own sauce made with nat yog and curry powder with rice.

Had a few grapes but have got a fruit salad in fridge to snack on later.

Snack a jack got to find syns for it later
 
Looks ok to me, there is also a good chicken curry recipe in the recipe thread x
