Hi Everyone, another question i cant seem to find the answer to and hope someone on here has some ideas.
Started my low carb diet ( d2 today) and given up alcohol, caffine, carbs v restricted but cannot seem to cope with out my Nicotine gum and lozengers. I stopped smoking >1yr ago but have never totally given up the nicotine products. Both products are labeled as sugar free but contain aspartame (?? an aftifical sweetener). Would love to give these up to but really cant seem to right this moment.
What do you all think? Will it make a\ difference to going into ketosis and wt loss???
