Syns in Tesco large sushi pack?

Could anybody tell me how many syns are in the large sushi pack from Tescos? I am following EE plan.

Large fish box is 4.5 on green and EE

..........However, the 4.5 is partly made up of the fish content which is counted as syns on a green day- yet on EE fish and rice are both free. This is where synning EE food gets tricky. You could play it safe and count the 4.5, I personally would knock off 2.5 syns for the fish and call it 2- but that is personal choice
