When I started I didn't know how much I weighed - I only know it was too much. I got "officially" told when I got down to 20 Stones at weigh-in, but I had a sneeky weigh-in before that when i managed to get a weight off someone elses scales and not that **** thing that told me I was more than 25. Focus on what you loose and not what you weigh. Week at a time.
