Am starting this dairy to help keep me motivated and on track. After a short stint with SW earlier in the year and then giving up, I am now determined to stick to the plan and succeed! Shall not be attending a class but have all the 2009 books so hopefully not too much has changed.
Here goes:
Thursday 17/09/09 - Green
B: 4 Ryvita (Hxb), 2 laughing cow lights (Hxa)
L: Salad, Batchelors pasta 'n sauce (brocolli & cheese), Onken Strawberry yoghurt & 4 strawberries
D: Lentil Curry (Red lentils, mushy peas, onions, mushrooms, potatoes & spices), Frozen rice (1syn)
Snacks: Mullerlight yoghurt, banana
Friday 18/09/09 - Green
B: 2 boiled eggs, 1 baby bel light cheese (Hxa), 4 Ryvitas (Hxb)
L: Baked beans with 1 baby bel light cheese grated over (other part of Hxa)
D: Vegetable curry (tomatoes, onoin, mushrooms, green lentils, peas, cauliflower, spices, low fat natural yoghurt) Boiled rice
Snacks: Mullerlight yoghurt
5x small gins 12.5 syns, low cal bitter lemon
Saturday 19/09/09 - Green
B: 2 boiled eggs, 4 Ryvitas (Hxb), Mullerlight yoghurt
L&D: SW Quiche, salad, w/w chips
Snacks: Strawberry Onken yoghurt, banana
Well, that's 3 days worth. Hope to post daily from now on and will be weighing in on Wednesdays.
