Anyone else eat even when stuffed??!!

I dont know why I do it.....as i'm eating one meal I'm planning the next :D

I sit here now full up to the brim but cant keep my mind off what I'm going to gorge on next!!!!

I think SW does this to you....you know you can get away with it....but is this daily over-eating stretching my stomach??

I must admit I do that sometimes, but I try to make sure it is free food that I am bingeing on.

My first thought in the mornings lately is what will I have for breakfast!:D

oh yeah this is what i am famous for! lol
My partner works evening and i used to be home alone infront of the TV and i wouldnt even notice how much i was eating until the whole packet or whatever was empty!!! eek!
But now i work evenings until about 11-30pm so i have cut that out (thank god!) and i cycle home after that so when i get home i dont want to waste the hard work i had just done (this really works for me)
This is a habit i dont think i will be able to get rid of...EVER lol

I used to do this with chocolate, cakes, biscuits, etc... But to be honest, over the last year or so I've been very good at not snacking on things when I'm genuinely not hungry. Before starting SW a couple of weeks ago I did have the occasional slip up, but now I'm just not hungry for snack food any more. Which is a good thing! :)

I really know what you mean about planning the next meal whilst eating the current meal. I've always done this and I don't think it'll ever go away. I know that I'm a compulsive eater, and that thoughts of food will always be my main ones.
I've lost 6 stone now by trying to channel my thoughts into controlling how much food i eat, and I ask myself if I'm being greedy. Slimming World has helped by never telling me that ther's nothing left to eat and that there's always something I can have.
It helps that I'm not really fussy about what it is I'm eating, healthy food is just as attractive to me as more fattening foods.
As long as I'm eating, I'm happy!

Wow - I'm not strange after all! Thanks for the confirmation (and confessions) girls!!

I do find I am always under the illusion that I am normal - it's not until someone takes it upon themselves (work colleagues usually) to point out how huge my portions are, or how I "never stop eating" :)
that I realise maybe I am a true foodie!!! hahaha (thats the nice way of saying GREEDY!)
