ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE

HI EVERYONE....BEEN A SILENT MEMBER ON HERE FOR AGES....NO NEWBIE TO DIETS:cry:
I LOST ABOUT JUST OVER 5 STONES WITH THE USE OF REDUCTIL A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO,BUT,SADLY THE WEIGHT HAS CREPT BACK ON.
MY DR WONT PRESCRIBE IT FOR ME AT THE MOMENT AS MY BP IS HIGH AND TO BE HONEST THE SIDE EFFECTS ARE AWFUL ON REDUCTIL
I HAVE BEEN GIVEN XENICAL NEVER TRYED IT...BEEN TRYING TO DO THE CAMBRIDGE DIET BUT CANT GET PAST DAY ONE....AND I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE LOST ON CD ONLY TO GAIN BACK...WHAT DOES A DAYS FOOD DIARY LOOK LIKE WHEN ON XENICAL????ANY ADVICE GREATLY APPRECIATED X
 
Hey and welcome to the dark side lol im joking. With Xenical you just have to stay within a few simple guidelines. 1 been dont eat more than 5g of fat per 100g of a product, most foods have this on the back of them so its very easy to keep to it. And number 2 is dont eat more than 15g of fat per meal, if you can keep to this you can pretty much eat what you want. Try and stick to 3 meals a day with just like fruit ect as a snack.
