the skinny cow

hi all , have just bought a tub of
the skinny cow - cheeky choc brownie
(500ml) pot
and before i test it to see if its fit to eat LOL
i need to know how many syns -i have looked in the book and online ??/
can anyone help

I have looked online and it only lists the ice lollies 100ml at 4.5 syns.
Could you only have 110ml out of the tub and count it as the same as the lolly?

I tend to have Twister ice creams as my treat as they're less syns than the Skinny cow ones.
