breadcrumbs??

iv seen a pudding recipe that i really want tot adapt because i think it wil be very low in syns.
however it uses breadcrumbs.its only two slices so could i count it as a HexB or is it different if you are using as breadcrumbs.the breadcrumbs just lie in the custard so im not using them as batter.

If you are eating the whole pudding, then I would say use it as your HeB (providing its the right choise of HeB). If you are only eating a portion, then I would syn the whole lot and divide it in portion size.

hmm il need to look back at the recipe.
its called Queen of Puddings.a custardy base with jam on top and merangue on top of that! i cant wait to try it.
i just need to syn it all.
it may be one HexB per portion.il try to get it onto recipies tomoro night if i try it tomoro!
