Yes Hun...you should aim to have at least 1 HeA (you can have 2 HeA's if you wanted) and 2 HeBs on a Red or Green day and if on an EE day then its just 1 HeA and 1 HeB. They are there to make sure that you have your correct intake of dairy and fibre.
I sometimes can't fit in all my healthy extra's I know they're important, but sometimes I just can't eat anything more I usually have at least one of each per day tho.x
I've usually eaten my HEbs by lunchtime. Some cereal and a packet of ryvita minis, sweet chilli flavour. Yum yum. Or porridge, and a sandwich. Ooh loads of ways. Ryvitas and a cereal bar.
