Yes Hun...you should aim to have at least 1 HeA (you can have 2 HeA's if you wanted) and 2 HeBs on a Red or Green day and if on an EE day then its just 1 HeA and 1 HeB. They are there to make sure that you have your correct intake of dairy and fibre.
 
I've usually eaten my HEbs by lunchtime. Some cereal and a packet of ryvita minis, sweet chilli flavour. Yum yum. Or porridge, and a sandwich. Ooh loads of ways. Ryvitas and a cereal bar.

I have a struggle with the B sometimes, but I sometimes nibble weetabix crunchy bran as a snack at night to get my fibre in.
