40 week voucher/slip

I was at meeting this week and a lady pointed out it was her 40th week there and my leader gave her a slip of paper and told her to fill in and she would send it off for her,
Anyone any idea what the slip is for and what she's going to get??????

just really noisy but really shy and as only 3rd week there didn't feel I could ask.

Never heard of it! The only time I've had to fill in a slip was when I got my Club 10. You fill in a form, your C sends it off and then Head Office send you a voucher for a free week.

Perhaps it's something to do with SW's 40th birthday

it is SW's 40th... she will be entered into a big draw... there is info on the website I think.
