....seasoning/sauce

I tend to use 5 spice (sparingly as a little goes a long way) :), soy sauce, and chopped fresh ginger. Gives it a nice kick and a lovely flavour. If I have syns to spare, I also use 1/2 tsp of sesame oil

Hi Fern,

I do a little water, soy sauce, tsp bisto best gravy granules (0.5 syn), garlic, chilli and ginger.
 
I tend to use Sharwoods medium noodles most often but I like the taste and texture of the rice (??) noodles.
