Another 4 lbs off. Yay I have my 4lbs trend back, long may it continue!!! :p

Have done nearly a full week on the vibro plate, bar Saturday and Sundays, and doing my sit ups, press ups and exercise bike, so hopefully that has helped the weight losses. Will certainly be carrying on with that!!

First day back at work tomorrow for 2 months, took some time off for personal reasons. Will be a shock to the system!! The majority of my work pals have not seen me since I went off, so will look rather different than when I was last there! Had to buy my new uniform, a lovely shirt, pants, and cardy. There was no way I was going back in my size 24 overalls (nursing assistant in GP Surgery). When I asked for a new uniform they said they would let me know!!!

that's a brilliant result so far in i just got a vibroplate gonna start at the weekend. are you continuing to a lower goal now?

Oh yes!! I set that goal when I was 17 stone, so it didn't look a lot, but now I am there I want more (see, I have still my greedy problem lol). Am currently 10st 11lbs, would quite like to get down to the 9's. As I am on this diet I want to get to a weight I have always dreamed of and i am happy with. I thought I would re-feed on 7th Oct, as it would be exactly 6 months on this diet, but if I still feel the need to lose more, I might carry on........ Need to get rid of my jelly belly desperately!

Good luck with your vibro plate, it is the weirdest feeling in the world!! But with so many success stories, no pain no gain lol

Wow, your workmates won't recognise you after losing so much weight. It will be a total shocker for them and you will be so proud of all the, rightly deserved, comments. Good for you and enjoy going back to work.

I am dreading it!!! I always thought I enjoyed going to work, and wasn't suited to being a stay at home mum, but I have absolutely loved every minute! Being able to take the boys to school, watching trashy day time TV, have got very addicted to Jeremy, This Morning and Loose Women!! Then going for wander round the shops, looking at the lovely clothes that WILL fit me, going on the vibro plate and sun bed, then picking up the boys, going to the park, doing their homework, cooking home cooked tea, and not being exhausted!!! oooooh I really need to win that lottery lol. It has been bliss!

Will be nice to show off my new figure, and catch up with girly chat. I'm sure I'll feel better once I know Loose Women has finished at 1 30 ha ha.

Hey hun- very well done with your loss this week! You're doing so incredibly well and really are an inspiration to us all.

Hope work is ok- I'm sure it'll be fine when you get back into it.

xxx

Well done on another excellent loss and do let us know about your work mates shocked faces! lol

My sis has been using the vibro plates and has to bite her tongue cus her piercing rattles against her teeth! LMAO

I can't wait to try it -think I'll need to wear incontinent pads if they're as mad as ppl say! LOL

Well done Liz on the loss this week, but overall!! My word!!! AMAZING spings to mind.

Good on you and hope all is going well at work, etc...

Take care

Hi I remember when you first started I cannot believe how quickly it has gone and how well you have done thats fantastic well done.

I remember when I first started like it was yesterday!! The transformation in such a short amount of time is amazing!!

Well, survived first day back at work! My wonderful 'lady of leisure' life officially over, I knew it couldn't last (unless I wanted to become jobless/homeless!!), but still it was lovely. The response I got over my weight was overwhelming. Everyone was so amazed how good and different I looked, they said it was like having a new member of staff, bless them. There was one very jealous individual, and found myself using lines I had picked up on here 'not at a healthy bmi (cant use that one for much longer though lol), and you are used to seeing me fat, so I do look different thin, but I am not too thin! Also, negative comments about putting all the weight back on once I start eating!!! You always get one! But apart from her, everyone was great. Was nice seeing all the girlie's but still, need a lottery win!!

Hi Liz,
well done to you and glad your first day back went well.As they say f*** the begrudgers. we find them everywhere. Once you are happy and healthy it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. Here's to winning the lottery, some one on here could do it. I can remember always saying before LT, if I won the lottery I would pay someone to diet for me!!! now I won't have to !!!
Have a great week.

Well done Liz your losses are amazing! I think your colleagues will be green with envy when you go back! Well hopefully that particular one wont be giving you anymore stick!! Lt not only makes you svelte but it changes the way we are too, we seem to have a healthy glow about us and im not sure if its just me but im smiling all the time like I have a clothes hanger in my mouth!

xx

I totally agree. Like I told everyone at work, who noticed not just a (drastic) change in my appearance, but also a change in me, it is not just on the outside I notice the change, but also, on the inside. I have confidence, I feel happier, and I feel stronger, like I could tackle anything- and succeed! It's amazing the power of 'thinness' gives you!! Long may it continue
