Those Polenta Muffins

I tried making some again yesterday. But nope they are still FOUL. lol.

I don't know how any of you like them. It is like eating something made of gritty sand, they are awful.

It is most probably the course grind polenta that is giving them that texture, but the taste of the polenta is horrid to.

So I think it may just be that I dislike polenta pmsl.

polenta muffins = rank
chickpea cake = rank - though a class member brought one in that tasted wonderful so it must just be me and my epic SW cake fail.

Real cake = great.
Real muffins = great
