Can anyone with a decent syn list tell me how many syns a "Rachels Organic Luscious low fat Vanilla youghurt" is?

Also si the Asda low fat natural youghurt (1.5 grams per 100g) free or is it a 1 syn per 100ml jobbie?

the Rachels one is 7 syn green and red for a 450g pot of luscious low fat bio vanilla

It is truly scrumptious isnt it?!

But so is the muller light, specially the vanilla with choccy sprinkles.
and apparently they are free!!!
(-wouldnt say it too loud though because its far too delish to be free, someone somewhere is bound to cotton on and slap a ton of syns on them!! )

Anyone know what a fat free Shape, feel fuller for longer youghurt is. Please say it's free, I've just bought 4.
