Hiya

I,m Aj ...i,m 36 and live in Scotland

at the moment i,m on the w8 rapid and on my 16th week ...so far lost 49 lbs

Iam florence and 31 yrs from ireland just started my diet today. I really want to do this but iam scared coz everyone says its hard to get thru the first week. Any tips would be highly appreciated.
