Hi Red, just wanted to wish you well on your weight loss journey.

I've had a read through you blog thingy and all sounds pretty good so far.

Am completely with you on loving In the Night Garden. Something about watching it cheers me up, especially the dancing at the end...would be rude not to join in!!!
