Vitamin tabs whilst in ketosis

Hi all i was wondering if anyone can tell me if they take any multi vit tabs whilst in the induction or any other time and it does not kick u out of ketosis.

I take a multivitamin and an omega 3 & 6 tablet. He recommends them in the book so I am assuming they don't knock you out of ketosis - mind you I haven't found my way into ketosis yet so maybe I should read the packet of the ones I am taking.

Roch, I took a multivit and a fish oil during induction, I still take the fish oil for my joints.

roch tesco are doing half price vit tabs called centrum there really good ones i payed 1 24p there are usually about 3 .80

I take tesco's own multivit and a vit b complex. also take a fish oil and a fibre supplement and coenzyme q10 for energy.
