SYNS - low syns - treats - to keep a 13yr old happy

I joined with my daughter as she too needs to loose a few pounds but at the moment she is getting very bored fast of muller light

Can you list some low syn treats or free treats she could have!!

also any idea of dairylea dunkers ritz (the tubes i think are 8)

and a Good breakfast on the go low syn/healthy (she used to eat cereal bars cheerios they are 4.5 syns)

I was really shocked to see whml pitta bread was a sin she had that most days as i thought it was low in fat and good.

Any help would be appreciated?

Oh and out of interest does anyone know a good site for converting recipes into syns etc i altered a recipe this week and individually ended up with 7.5 syns per portion but would like to check i did it correcty before i eat the other half tomorrow lol
(2 eggs, 2tsp sweetner, lemon rind and juice, 1tsp cornflour, 4 digestives, 1oz stork margarine - lemon meringue pie = i think 7.5 syns 2 servings)

I'm 25 and i'm sick to death of Muller lights now so your daughter isn't the only one :D i've started having munch bunch fromage frais instead! Childish i know but its different and quite low syn! For the big pots i think they are 2.5 syns, i tend to have two of the tiny pots though at 1 syn each. Tricks my mind into thinking i'm having more haha!

How about treats like mini milks at 1.5 syns, mini twisters at 2.5 for fruit ones or 2 for choc ones, mini calipos are yummy and are 3.5 for the orange or lime ones. Perfect for a sweet treat!

As for breakfasts on the go i sometimes have the Oatibix bars, they are 3.5 syns each or 1 for a HexB. They do them in milk or white chocolate. Alpen light cereal bars are 3 each so would be a bit of a change too.

Hope that helps even just a little!xx
