I did the CD last year and was so successful on it, I lost 5 stone then when I started to eat sensibly again I fell pregnant with my beautiful little girl, I've now had her but unfortunately I gained a good chunk in my pregnancy, I lost a bit of it when I was breast feeding however I am no longer doing and still munching for england ! So am going back on the CD. It worked before and I felt quite good on it, plus I dont want to be a fat mum for my little girl.
