I took over the kitchen as I'm on holiday, and I made Chicken Jalfrezi from the curry feast book. OK I tweaked the recipe, passata instead of chopped tomatoes and did the peppers and onions for far longer than it says, also the dry ingredients as I find they taste raw if you follow the book, and added a couple of sweeteners to the passata, and it was such a nice change. And where I'd have served it on rice, I served it with the cucumber raita it suggested, but I added chopped mint and wholemeal mustard.

That sounds lush!

I had prawn stirfry with loads of chilli's! I think i overdid it a little with the chilli but it was still good!
