BACK AGAIN !!!!!!!

well ladies, here i am again i fell off the wagon in june after a girlie weekend in spain and since then have never really got back on it :cry:and if i'm honest have been eating and drinking for england ever since

so, the children have gone back to school, routine is back and another weekend is planned for spain next year so have to get my a**e back into gear big time.

i wi last thursday with my spain girlies and put on a staggering 10lb in that time. omg its so easy to put on.

so have been very good so far and must say am enjoying it. eventually you get sick of takeaways and crave good healthy foods

apart from xmas there's nothing major to stop me this time, only my lack of self-discipline so i'll probably be on here quite a lot for support to keep out of the cupboards.

any chance there's anyone left on here that knows me from before, if so say hello it would be great to see how well you have been doing x

Just a quick one but thanks stirky and sparkel for your comments. Well CD is the hardest thing i have ever done and i mess about badly but somehow i still lose so it cant be all bad I'm just so determined to be slim.
