Help needed

I dont feel like im getting anywere!

Ive been going to the gym since end of April and i dont seem to be loosing many inches (maybe im expecting too much)

I got Mon, Tue, Wed Sometimes Mon,Tue, Thurs!

My workout is as follows:

15-20 Mins on bike level 5
20-25 Mins on Tredmill 5-5.5 mph Gradiante 8-10
15 Mins on Wave Level 18
10 Mins on Crosstrainer Level 8
15 Mins on Rower

Knowing my luck ive probably gone about it all wrong, maybe it should be hat im getting fitter an i should focus on that as when i first started at the gym i only did 5 mins on each of the machines ive mentioned above........any advice would really be appreacitated!
 
are you doing any weights?... and are you eating enough cals/fat... if your doing so much exercise and not eating enough your body will be storing the fat , also you should do some light weights as building muscle helps you burn fat =] xx
 
If what you are doing hasn't worked, then the best approach would be to do the complete opposite of what you've been doing right?


In that case, use some weights to get a cardio-type workout, and do more circuit-training type stuff.

Alos if your gym has them, a boxercise or Legs Bums Tums class would be a good idea.

Resistance exericse and high intensity cardio (if you can manage it) is far more effective for fat burning than is low intensity cardio machines.
