i did exactly this the other day then reaslised i had had seeded buns for lunch, the seeds and nuts must have tipped the scale for the fats!

lets have a look at your food diary and im sure we will figure it out, whats good for you may not be good for me xx
 
went a bit mad myself yesterday & had the proof this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!! hopefully will all clear up soon
 
And don't forget that healthy fats ( like low fat spread, olive oils, oily fish like sardines), make no difference to Xenical, fat is fat as far as the tablets are concerned.
