Do you have to do 810 in week 13?

Have just got back from a weeks holiday, still meant to be on ss, now on wk 11. Missed a WI so wednesday will be a 2week WI. I have not been very good, really struggled on holiday not eating, felt like i was missing out. So every day i picked at something, mostly not too bad stuff, like chicken or cheese or salad. Blew it last night, had that old 'last night binge' before being strict today and had choc, sweets, toast.....so so bad! Regretted it this morning as had major indigestion still....lesson learnt. Anyway, not going to beat self up about it, just want to get back on plan.

Problem being, to make up for my blip,i really really want to ss again, and get some major losses, to get back into the zone! But i am due to 810 after next week and i would really prefer to put it off for another few weeks, so that i can get prepared. Intended to find recipes/plan meals for the week and don't want to rush into it yet. Do you think its reasonable to ask my cdc if i can postpone? I would rather do it with her support than not. Thanks xx

You sound just like me! lol

I was supposed to be doing my 810 week last week - but knocked it on the head because I had a planned weekend away, where I intended to eat. I made sensible choices, but having said that I did eat.

When I returned I lost a small amount (no weight gain for me) But I did discuss with my CDC that because I had had this break of cd that I wanted to be straight back on ss 100%. My CDC was fine with me continuing on ss and this week I lost 7lb :)

I'm sure it'll be the same case for you sweet, because you have eaten and I can't see any reason why you couldn't just get back onto the ss 100% plan.

I hope i can do that then, ever since i have nibbled i struggle so much getting back into ss 100%. Had just got back into being 100% just before the holiday, so feel i really need to get there again before i try moving up.
Didn't think i would miss food as much as i did, you forget how much of your time on hols revolves around meals! Your losses have been fantastic, hope i can get as good this next week.
I'm sure i must have been out of ketosis, but here i am today feeling so so cold. Hope its a good sign..... xx
