I'm going to make sure that I drink 4 litres of water per day, be in bed by 11pm every night and do my little work out EVERY DAY on my little vibro plate thingymagig.

What are you going to do extra this week to help shift those extra pounds?

i'm gonna drink 3 litres every day instead of 4 coz i found that helped me last week for some reason?

gonna dress smarter and wear heels to make me taller and appear slimmer lol x
 
LOVE IT!!

This week I'm going to get up when my alarm goes off, which means like you, I'm going to bed at 11pm, and do my hair and make up. No more pasty face and scraped back pony tails.

I'm going to drink at least my 3 litres of water.

I'm going to walk during the two hours baby girl's at school.

I'm going to look into the vibro plate thing and maybe even get started using one.

YES! I am going to do this! :D
