The scales arrived, so we set about weighing ourselves this morning (no, not the royal we - the whole house is going to start eating more healthily).

So *deep breath* My starting weight is: 321.4lbs.

I'm pretty positive at this stage. Starting at a gym monday morning, and had my induction today. Thursday morning I have a 1-to-1 session booked so an exercise plan can be worked out, so until then I'm just going to stick to some light cardio to get back into the swing of it.

True test'll be next week's post ;)

We were pretty much at the same start weight so thought I would say best of luck. The first week (Especially if you are going to the gym) you should quite a big loss :)

I am intending on joining my gym in the next few weeks, wish you (and your family) all the best with the lifestyle change, its so going to be worth it :)
 
I managed to not go to the gym this morning. I had a bit of a rough night (and still have an upset tummy), so wasn't in any condition to go.

Fingers crossed for tomorrow!

Cheers! I keep having a little fret now and then about just how long it'll take to lose this much weight. I just need to keep plugging away at it :D
 
A bit late posting today, as I had to shoot off out this morning straight after weigh-in.

Today's weight is... 306lbs! Making it a total loss of 15.4lbs since I started :D
