Omg i couldnt believe when i got home that the whole satchet of one of them was 14 syns,(asda fine tastes i think its called thai sauce thats in the salad department 3 for 2.50 or quid each) but it does do 2 serving. This is so i can have a nice chinese version with sw fried rice so its low in syns, but obviously it isnt.
I then went on the website to check some chinese dishes and a chicken and mushroom is only 5.5 for whole dish.
So in future if i fancy chinese im gonna pop along to my local chinese and get a nice meal for a lower syn than making it. It really puzzled me that grrrrrrr
oh well excuses excuses now for a lovely chinese when i want one hahaha
