My start weight was 13st 5lb. I'm now 10 st 8lb ten and a half weeks on
My losses are really tailing off AND I am starting to feel really hungry having been fine all the way through this process so far.
1) Is it normal to start feeling hungry at this stage?
2) Linked to the first one really - should I be moving up the plans as I am getting nearer to normal BMI? Is my body trying to tell me that?
BTW my BMI is now 26.
