Just put this past day/week down to a bad episode and start again tomorrow... don't beat yourself up about it too much. At least you've realised you've fallen off the wagon a bit. The real challenge is getting right back on it and showing yourself you have the strength to succeed - BECAUSE YOU DO!
Not really... I usually have a day at the weekend where I'll have a couple of drinks on top of my usual calories, but this week my drinking buddy was unavailable.. lol
I try to give myself a small treat per day. I love chocolate, so I have a chocolate wafer thing, or one of the kinder hippos, thats my treat.
I think that personally, if I gave myself a naughty day, I would do it to extreme... Thats where I went off-track with Slimming World - They have flexi-syns for days when you know you'll be struggling to keep within the plan, and I ended up having about.... 3 or 4 a week... lol. Not for me..!
I enjoyed my bingey weekend, to be honest. But today I did decide that enough was enough, so I'm focussed and ready to continue afresh tomorrow.

I think I would go insane without my naughty day. I am quite close to goal - within a stone, so think it is helpful for me to show that I can still have a normal life, ie drinking alcohol and eating out once a week and maintain or lose each week. I do love a drink and think I would go insane without my weekly night out!
