mix soy sauce with sweet chilli dipping sauce and splash of viniger - it is 1.5 syn per tbls of sweet chilli!

And to answer your other question no straight to wok noodles are not generally syn free - only the dried blocks that you have to cook in water.

i have a syn free one for noodles, dry fry some chilli, ginger and lime juice and then mix in some cooked noodles mmmmmmm
