I have just realised

that I have put in wrong weight for signature - I want to be 11stone 8 not 10 stone 4, bloomingheck.

And not only that I have totally messed up my ticker - what I do know is - I have lost in total 1 stone 6lbs, yeeha so hopefully have converted kgs correctly to lbs now.

I was thinking I am never gonna lose 25 lbs in just over three weeks so was a nice surprise when I havenow realised error & loss is possibly achievable - what a wazzack, Im blaming working shifts......
