Is sushi free on Extra Easy???

What kind of sushi? Who's making it? What manufacturer?

Sashimi is just raw fish, so yes. But the other stuff can be made by different manufacturers and have different ways of binding.

Tesco off the shelf sushi is the best for syns if you're on EE.

Along this line is Nori (the seaweed sheets) syn free or does anyone know the syns in it, please? I get it from the oriental supermarket and the brand is not in english.

I love rolling my own veggie sushi, and the only syns in it wold be the nori sheets, unless they're syn free. The book says seaweed is synfree but i'm not sure about the nori. The packet says Roasted Seaweed Sushi Nori.

The nutritional info is:

Per serving (3gr):
Calories = 10
Total fat = 0g
carbohydrate= 1g
Dietary fibre = 1g
Protein = 1g

I'm guessing from this it's going to be syn free, but i'd like to make sure.

Thanks in advance.

the nori is 1/2 a syn per 3g portion :) hth! xx

Thanks.

That is so worth it. I love making my own sushi.
