CHINESE - chilli beef!!

i don't know if anyone can help me with this one as it's a bit tricky and my consultant said she's even having trouble but could anyone tell me the syn value of 'shredded chilli beef' or 'shredded chilli chicken'?

i've heard people call it crispy chilli beef also but i can't seen to find it in any of the directories or online. :sigh2:

i would love to know the syn value of this also, this is my favourite, its soooo yummy, but i think it'll be one of the highest syned. xxx

its one of my favorites to i know when i did weightwatchers it was really really high in points so maybe thats why they dont list it it may be a big no no lol

Eating out, takeaway guide, healthy eating

i found this site that has cals and fats listings for lots of takeaways,chilli beef is listed under the chinese section-you could probably make an educated guess from it
