Hey guys!
I know they dont advice you doing exercise but I miss going for my runs? How would this go with me living on 3 shakes a day? I only have the tetras as I can't be trusted with the bars!

erm i dont know who told u that dan but it isnt true.
on cd u shouldnt exercise for the first week due to the body adjusting to the drop in calories.
after that there is no harm doing exercises of any description as long as u dont go berserk and go absolutely mad.
many people exercise regularly on cd whether it be running, swimming, gym, etc.
if u feel like u have the energy to exercise and u are beyond the first week of starting ss then go for it, slowly at first. maybe have a short run or a brisk walk and go with it. :)

I've been go running/walking since starting SS 9 days ago, however, I did feel exhausted so did shorter distances and probably at a much slower pace. Then again, I am novice runner and really only got into running in July, so early days for me. As long as you are not entering the Great North Run on Sunday and your doing CD SS you should be fine!

Some people notice slower losses with exercise on CD. Weights are recommended more than cardio on SS and SS+, although obviously that is good for getting fit.

A lot of people wait until moving up the plans before embarking on getting fit and take it easy in the meantime, like Cheryl said.
