So, I've lost 5lbs this week, which means I've now lost 4 stone. Whoop! Seems a little unbelievable in such a short period of time & only a stone until my goal!
I'm thinking of moving my goal down by at least a stone, to 11 stone though, as I'm not really where I anticipated being. From previous experience, in about half a stone I should be in a size 12/14 & I'm still very much a size 16. This is a bit disappointing - not because I mind spending another month on TFR particularly, but because I'm impatient to fit into all my old clothes. Heh. I'm hoping now that I'm closer to a healthy weight the weight I do lose will make a bit more of a visual impact (I can dream, eh?) & that I'll be at a size 14 by the time I reach my goal, then I'll see if I want to move it. Also, I got a vibro plate last week but it's faulty, so am waiting for a replacement, am hoping that might help tone me up a bit
Also, put some updated progress shots up in my profile.
