I've jsut been out to lunch, and think I did OK. I had duck salad with no dressing. ANyone know what crispy duck is?? Or can guess what I ate? The book says 4 syns for 28g, roasted with everything on. How much is that?? Think I'll have to allow double that won't I? ALso hlf a slice of cheesy garlic bread. Blame that one on my friend!!! Though cheese could count as (HEXa).

It's impossible to go out without synning in some way. And I find it so hard to guesstimate what syns there are in stuff. All I can do is make best choices and hiope for the best, but it would be nice to know from someone experienced what syns they think it is!!

Thanks

Lynda

hey hunny. Id allow more than double because 28g really isnt much at all.

. and i highly doubt there was 28g worth on that chesey garlic bread, but i know the garlic bread is quite high.. if im 100% honest i'd say atleast 20 syns for the lot? shocking i know. Maybe others can shed light?

Ohhh hard one, but was it lovely :). I would personally when im like this is just count today as 15 syns and your a+b if any from food and carry on as normal, just eat the rest of the day from free and superfree, also if you think more than 15 then maybe cut a bit back from the rest of week hths :)

Just looked in book and it says 125g of crispy duck (chinese) 10.5 20.5 as for bread 25g is 5.0 for both thats roughly one slice as said in book

Cheers!! I've not had any other syns today. Had HEXbs but leave HEXa. I am pleased cos I could ahve gone mad, and just had a salad. Wish I resisted the garlic bread, but half a slice isn't so bad!!!

heh it could be a LOT worse hun, you could be my mate, who just FaceBooked me to ask how many syns I think there are in a chicken and bacon panini, cajun wedges, a tub of garlic mayo and 2 Wispa Golds.

I told her there was 13.5 syns in a Wispa Gold, so maybe she's gone over just a smidge...
